If it keeps coming back, nobody has found the cause yet
You leave your first visit knowing what is actually causing it, what the corrective plan involves, how long it runs, and what it costs. $99. You decide after that.
The front desk books every appointment by hand, so nobody sits in the waiting room. Call and you speak to a person about a real time slot.
Most people who call us land in one of three places
Which one sounds like your week? It changes what the first visit looks for.
It hurts right now
Getting out of the car is a decision. You have been rotating through ibuprofen, a heating pad, and sleeping funny to avoid the bad side. You want somebody to look at it this week.
See the conditions we work onYou have already tried things
Massage felt good for two days. Another office cracked you and sent you out. Somebody mentioned the word disc, and somebody else mentioned the word surgeon. You are not against treatment, you are against guessing.
How the care actually worksYou are tired of being strung along
You are not against ongoing care. You are against nobody telling you what the plan is, how long the corrective part runs, what it costs, or how anyone would know whether it worked. You want the arc laid out before you commit to it.
What regenerative care adds
What we are actually looking at
01 — Referred pain
Where it hurts is rarely where it started
Pain travels. A change at one segment of the spine can be felt in the hip, the leg, or the foot, which is why treating the spot that hurts keeps giving you a week of relief and then handing the problem back.
- Felt as
- Hip, leg, foot
- Driven by
- The segment above
02 — Digital X-ray, on site
We image it before we touch it
Your first visit includes imaging taken here, not a referral across town. The structure either shows a cause for what you are feeling or it does not, and you get told which before anyone recommends a plan.
- Taken
- On site
- Reviewed
- With you
03 — Regenerative therapy
Then we treat the tissue, not just the joint
StemWave, Regenerative Shockwave and Class IV Laser put energy into the soft tissue at the source while the structural correction holds. No drugs and no needles.
- Applied to
- The source
- Involves
- No drugs, no needles
Three steps, and the third one is the whole point
Plenty of offices do step two. Doing one and three is what decides whether the adjustment still matters in eight months.
Look before touching
A consultation, a spinal and nervous system assessment, and digital X-ray when it is clinically indicated. Films get taken on site, so the structure is something we can see rather than something we infer from where you point.
Where it hurts and what is causing it are frequently two different places.
Correct the structure
Your findings are reviewed with you in detail first. You see what was identified and what it means before any care begins. Then the adjusting work is aimed at the specific structure the films flagged.
An adjustment chosen from evidence holds longer than one chosen from habit.
Hold the correction, then decide what comes next
StemWave, shockwave, and Class IV laser work on the soft tissue, while guided exercise trains the muscles to keep the correction in place. You get re-examined rather than reassured, so progress is measured against the findings we started with.
When the corrective phase is finished you will be told, and what you do after that is a decision you make with the reasons in front of you.
An adjustment moves the joint. Something still has to fix the tissue.
This is the equipment that decides whether a correction holds or quietly undoes itself. It sits in the same building as the adjusting tables, so one plan covers both instead of sending you across town for the other half of your care.
StemWave Therapy
Acoustic wave therapy applied to injured soft tissue, with no needles, no medication, and no downtime.
Works on the tissue itself, which is the part an adjustment alone cannot reach.
Regenerative Shockwave Therapy
Focused pressure waves directed into stubborn tendon and soft tissue problems.
Targets the chronic spots that stopped responding to rest and stretching.
Class IV Laser Therapy
Deep tissue laser used on inflamed and irritated areas during a course of care.
Calms the area down so the structural work can hold.
StemWave gets its own page for a reason
It is the therapy people search for by name, usually after somebody told them surgery or injections were the next step. No needles, no medication, no downtime.
Exactly what happens, and exactly what it costs
A lot of people arrive expecting to be adjusted in the first ten minutes and sent out the door. That is not how this office runs, and it is worth saying why before you call rather than after you arrive.
Visit one, 45 to 60 minutes
You sit down with the doctor and go through your history, your concerns, and what you are actually trying to get back to doing. Then a spinal and nervous system assessment, and digital X-ray when it is clinically indicated.
Visit two, the review
Your findings get walked through in detail. What was identified, what it means, and what the care would look like. You see the shape of the plan before you agree to any of it.
So will you be adjusted on day one?
Usually not, and that is deliberate. Adjusting a spine before anyone has seen the films is the guesswork this entire approach exists to avoid. Finding the cause is the thing you are paying for. One extra visit at the start is what buys a plan built on evidence instead of a plan built on a hunch.
The owners are the ones in the building
Preserve is independently owned. Dr. Ron Martin and Renee Martin own the practice and both work in it, so the person setting your plan and the person running your schedule are the people who answer for it.

4.9 stars across 54 reviews
The reviews worth reading are the ones that name what changed. These are from patients of this office.
The entire staff is so kind, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients.
Hands-down best Chiropractic office I've ever been to.
Finding this office has been life changing for me.
No need to go for back or neck surgery, they'll put you on a plan to get results naturally.
Find the one that sounds like your situation
Each of these has its own page explaining what tends to cause it, what the assessment looks for, and what care usually involves.
Low Back Pain
“my lower back is killing me”
The one that makes getting out of the car a decision. Often structural, often blamed on a mattress for years.
Neck Pain
“my neck is stiff and it never fully loosens up”
Tightness that comes back every afternoon, usually with a posture pattern behind it.
Sciatica
“pain shooting down my leg”
Burning, numbness, or electric pain running down the leg from the low back.
Headaches and Migraines
“headaches I keep treating with pills”
Recurring headaches that track with neck tension rather than with anything you ate.
Disc Problems
“I was told it is a disc”
Disc-related changes and spinal stress patterns, including the cases already told surgery is the next step.
Mid-Back Pain
“an ache between my shoulder blades”
The band across the mid back that desk work and phones keep feeding.
Joint Stiffness and Reduced Mobility
“I cannot turn or bend like I used to”
Range of motion you have quietly given up on, written off as age.
Posture Problems
“I can see my posture getting worse”
Forward head and rounded shoulders that photograph worse every year.
The questions people ask before they call
What does the first visit cost?
The new patient visit is $99 and runs 45 to 60 minutes. That covers the one-on-one consultation, the spinal and nervous system assessment, and digital X-ray imaging when it is clinically indicated. You will know the number before you walk in, and it does not change afterward.
Do you take insurance?
No. The practice is cash pay, and that is on purpose. It means the price is published instead of estimated, no insurance company decides how many visits you are allowed, and no bill shows up three months later for a number nobody quoted you. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Will I get adjusted on the first visit?
Usually not, and that is deliberate. The first visit is for the consultation, the assessment, and imaging when it is indicated. Your findings are then reviewed with you in detail before any care plan begins. Adjusting a spine before seeing what the films show is guesswork, and finding the actual cause is the entire point of coming here.
Am I signing up for care forever?
Here is the straight version. The corrective phase has a defined scope, built from your imaging and laid out for you at the review visit before it starts, and you get re-examined along the way so progress is measured instead of assumed. When that phase is done, you will be told. What nobody honest will tell you is that a corrected spine stays corrected on its own forever. Bodies keep aging and most of us keep sitting badly, which is why plenty of patients choose some level of ongoing care afterward, the same way you do not stop going to the gym because you got strong. The difference here is that it is a decision you make with the reasons in front of you, not a standing appointment you drifted into without anyone defining the end of the corrective work.
What is StemWave therapy?
StemWave is an acoustic wave therapy applied directly to injured soft tissue. There are no needles, no medication, and no downtime, so patients go back to their day afterward. It is used alongside chiropractic care because an adjustment restores structure while the tissue itself still needs attention.
Do you see children?
Yes. Dr. Ron has cared for patients from newborns through their nineties.
